Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of mambitek.com and orders placed with Mambi Tech Pc's ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

What we do

For custom builds, you choose compatible parts. We buy them new from major US retailers, assemble and test the PC, and ship it to you. For tune-ups, you mail us your own PC and we adjust its settings and ship it back.

Prices and payment

• Part prices follow retailer prices and can change until you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. We do not offer payment plans.
• Sales tax and shipping, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
• If a part becomes unavailable or its price changes sharply after you pay, we will contact you to offer a substitute, wait, or a refund.

Build times and shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. Parts come from several retailers and may arrive at different times, so build time depends on stock. We email you as your order progresses and give a tracking number when it ships.

Optimization

Optimization means we adjust BIOS and system settings (for example memory profiles and fan curves) for performance and temperatures. Results vary by hardware. Any frame rates shown on the site are rough estimates, not guarantees.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate shipping details.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data or lost income. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
